Pyro For Snow, The Wonder-onzie is Afoot (Look For it Tonight at Valhalla!)...

Mary, Krystal, Camera, and the Wonder-onzie welcomed winter in style at the Pyro For Snow celebration put on by Crow's Feet. It wouldn't have been the seasons first snow party without an appearance by the Wonder-onsie.

Although it was rad to see the Palage and Snowshot (pictured in the center of the mosaic) in the fashion show, it was particularly awesome when the Wonder-onsie poached a spot on the run way...

For a sighting of the Wonder-onsie tonight go to the premier of Valhalla at Volcanic Theater Pub, 7pm 12/14$ pre-show (at the Plankery till 5pm), door.

Looking for Senior Picture Ideas?

Trying to find the perfect look for Senior Photos? What could be more "Bend" than a Patagonia piece? Especially the Down Sweater Vest. Just ask senior Amalia Larsen. She was stoked to sport the logo in this her class photo. Congratulations class of 2014. Time will fly between now and spring...

Ode to the Houdini

The Houdini has cast a spell on Patagoina@Bend staff and customers alike. Condensing into an integrated stuff sack the size of a baseball with the weight of a handful of feathers, it is easy enough to bring along for any outing. Useful for virtually any purpose from fall shopping downtown, to bike commuting and hiking, utilizing this piece only when trail running would be a travesty. With rip-stop nylon and a DWR (durable water repellent) coating you can bet on preparedness for any unpredictable elements from a downpour mid bicycle ride to throwing bows while making last minute Christmas purchases.

Recently, Bend resident and loyal customer Megan Minkiewicz shared a story about the Houdini that was so inspiring, we had to print it. Megan was out for a run on a Sunday in October (it started with a sunny mild temperature and turned into a blustery chilly downpour). She was so stoked to have the Houdini tucked away in forgotten pocket. She recalled thinking the jacket seemed to lightweight to protect from the elements, however, after her afternoon epic, she relented. To boot, the very next day a gale and associated precipitation set in while Megan was shopping downtown, and her Houdini was there for her again.
Thanks to Megan for being a prime example of the Houdini's versatility.
Just saying, Houdini is a favorite for nearly all incumbent weather occasions.
